Privacy Policy

What we collect, why we collect it, and what we will never do with it.

Last updated July 13, 2026

The short version

We ask for the least we need in order to send you a shirt and answer your questions. We do not sell your personal information. Your card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.

The Christian Entrepreneur Club (“CEC”) store is operated by The Collective at Red Iron LLC (“The Collective”, “we”, “us”). CEC is the brand; The Collective is the company that runs the store, processes your order, and is responsible for the personal information collected here. This policy explains how we handle that information. It applies to this website and to the orders placed on it.

Information we collect

When you place an order or contact us, we may collect:

  • Your name and email address — to identify the order and to send confirmation, shipping, and support emails.
  • Your shipping and billing address — to deliver the order and to calculate the correct sales tax.
  • Order details — the items, sizes, colors, quantities, and amounts in your order.
  • Communications — what you write to us, and what we write back.
  • Basic technical information — such as your browser type and device, gathered as you use the site.

Your shopping cart is stored in your own browser, on your own device. It is not sent to us until you check out.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe, on Stripe’s own hosted checkout. Your card number, expiry, and security code are submitted directly to Stripe. The Collective does not receive, process, or store your card details.

Stripe handles that information as an independent controller under its own privacy policy, and is certified to the PCI DSS standard that governs card data. We receive only what we need to fulfill the order — the items, the amount, the delivery address, and whether the payment succeeded.

How we use your information

We use what we collect to:

  • process, fulfill, and deliver your order;
  • send transactional messages — order confirmations, shipping notices, and replies to your questions;
  • handle returns, exchanges, and refunds;
  • detect and prevent fraud, and to keep the store working correctly;
  • meet our tax, accounting, and legal obligations.

If we ever send marketing email, it will be because you asked us to, and every message will carry a one-click unsubscribe. We do not add customers to a marketing list simply for having bought something.

Cookies and analytics

We use only what the store needs to function. Your cart is kept in your browser’s local storage so it survives a refresh, and Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout pages to process payment securely and to prevent fraud.

If we later add analytics or advertising technology, we will say so here before it goes live, and we will honor a browser’s Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. We share it only with the parties who help us run the store, and only with what they need:

  • Our payment processor (Stripe) — to take payment and to guard against fraud.
  • Our fulfillment and shipping partners — to print, pack, and deliver your order. They receive your name and delivery address.
  • Our service providers — hosting, email delivery, and similar infrastructure, acting on our instructions.
  • Authorities — where the law requires it, or to protect our legal rights.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them to support you and to satisfy tax and accounting law — generally several years. Support correspondence is kept only as long as it is useful. When information is no longer needed, we delete it.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time to:

  • tell you what personal information we hold about you;
  • correct it, if it is wrong;
  • delete it, where we are not required to keep it (a completed order has records we must retain);
  • stop sending you marketing email, which you can also do from any message we send.

Email adam@redironcollective.com and we will act on it. We will not treat you differently for asking.

California privacy rights

The Collective operates the CEC store from California. If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, gives you the right to know what personal information we collect and why, to request a copy of it, to have it corrected or deleted, and to be free from discrimination for exercising any of those rights.

We collect the categories described above — identifiers, contact and delivery details, and commercial (order) information — directly from you, for the purposes listed above. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

To exercise a California right, email adam@redironcollective.com. We may need to verify your identity before we act — usually by confirming details of an order you placed.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will post the updated version here and move the date at the top. Material changes will be made plain rather than buried.
