Terms of Service
The agreement between you and The Collective, which operates the store, when you buy from CEC.
Last updated July 13, 2026
Acceptance of these terms
The Christian Entrepreneur Club (“CEC”) store is operated by The Collective at Red Iron LLC (“The Collective”, “we”, “us”). CEC is the brand; The Collective is the entity that runs the store, sells and fulfills the products, and takes payment. By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the store.
You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted here when you order is the one that governs that order.
Products and pricing
All prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Prices and product availability may change at any time without notice.
We work hard to describe our apparel honestly, but we cannot guarantee that colors on your screen match the garment exactly. Our pieces are garment-dyed and stone-washed, and natural variation in shade and finish between individual items is a property of that process rather than a defect.
If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a typographical or system error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after the order is confirmed.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it and, in practice, when we ship it. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order — for example where we suspect fraud, where an item is unexpectedly out of stock, where quantities look like resale, or where an error in price or description has occurred. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, including the delivery address. Payment is taken by Stripe and settles to The Collective, which operates the store; see the Privacy Policy for how that works.
Shipping and returns
We ship within the United States only, and shipping is quoted with live carrier rates at checkout. Our pieces are made to order, so all sales are final — except where an order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect. The full terms, including delivery estimates and how to report a problem, are set out on our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms.
Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the order to the address you gave us. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or by events outside our control.
Intellectual property
The CEC name, the interlocking CEC monogram, the “God Is My CEO” wordmark, and the logos, artwork, product designs, photography, and text on this site are the property of the Christian Entrepreneur Club (CEC) brand and are protected by copyright and trademark law.
Buying a garment buys you the garment. It does not license the designs on it. You may not reproduce, print, resell, or use the CEC artwork or marks — in whole or in part, on merchandise or otherwise — without written permission.
Use of the site
Please use the store for its intended purpose. Do not attempt to interfere with it, gain unauthorized access to it, scrape it at scale, or use it to break the law. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe any of that is happening.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated here, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Collective is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or from any product bought on it, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order that gave rise to it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from them or from an order will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and you and The Collective each consent to that jurisdiction.
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in force.
